Optimized the collaboration between design and engineering, establishing handoff processes and review cycles that kept both teams aligned and moving efficiently to enhance user experience and functionality.
Verifone
Content Creation | Product Design | Program Management for Verifone, a fintech B2B company. This product demo was produced for Verifone's SMB point-of-sale concept, collaborating with designers and engineers and managing an external vendor agency from creative brief through final cut, including stakeholder review and approvals. The demo secured a product design contract, and I went on to program manage the design and engineering work to develop the SMB point-of-sale app and device for the EMEA market.

Product Design | Design Producer for a virtual audio tour mobile app. From concept through launch, I managed production with an internal cross-functional team of designers and engineers.
