I produced a product demo for Verifone's SMB point-of-sale concept, collaborating with designers and engineers and managing an external vendor agency from creative brief through final cut, including stakeholder review and approvals. The demo secured a product design contract, and I went on to program manage the design and engineering work to develop the SMB point-of-sale app and device for the EMEA market.
